Eurofood has always been committed to operating in full compliance with the values of integrity and transparency, which are the essence of our corporate culture and must be known and respected by everyone. Likewise, it is essential for us to share with the outside world the path the Company has undertaken, to show how we intend to carry out our business activities while continuing to invest in the growth of a compliance culture within our organization.

Reports and complaints related to facts and events of an abusive, offensive or illegal nature that have occurred in the workplace or are related to it and in conflict with the principles of social responsibility under SA 8000 standard, including failure to comply with this Policy, can be addressed to our postal address: EUROFOOD SRL Piazza S. Giuseppe, 13 – 98071 Capo d’Orlando (ME), to the attention of the SA8000 Social Performance Team.
Eurofood has also implemented a system for managing reports — including anonymous reports, provided they are adequately detailed — of unlawful or illegal conduct.
Reports may be made in writing or orally, using the methods described in the Company’s Whistleblowing Policy, which are designed to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity.
Reports will be handled by the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Whistleblowers who report in good faith are protected from any form of discrimination, retaliation, or penalization, and proper fulfillment of the reporting obligation cannot result in the initiation of disciplinary proceedings or the application of related sanctions.
The adoption of this system does not, however, preclude the reporting of any violations of laws or government regulations to the competent authority.
